This Privacy Policy describes how Telco Club (“Telco Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information through its services, website, and any related features (collectively, the “Services”). Telco Club operates as a Doing Business As (D.B.A.) entity in the State of New York, and is not a telecommunications reseller or carrier. Telecom-related tools are offered strictly as perks for registered members of our private club.

By accessing our Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

  • Billing information (handled securely by Stripe or another processor)

  • Government-issued ID (for number porting, if applicable)

  • Porting authorization forms

  • Call metadata (e.g., time, duration—not content)

  • Facilitate support and resolve disputes

  • Ensure security, prevent abuse or fraud

We do not sell your data.

  • Telecom infrastructure vendors (e.g., porting processors)

  • Payment platforms

  • Legal or regulatory authorities, as required by law

  • Contracted service providers under NDA

We do not allow third parties to use your data for advertising.

We retain data for the duration of your membership and as required by law, including:

  • Billing history

  • Call metadata (for audit)

  • Porting logs

After account termination, residual data may be retained for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes.

Despite our efforts, no system is impenetrable. You use the Services at your own risk.
